Lawyer graduated from Universidad del Azuay, also holds a master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Barcelona.

He has vast experience from more than eleven years in the public administration. He has provided advice and provided legal consulting services for the public and private administrations. He has worked as a lawyer and head of the legal department of the Municipal Company of Telecommunications, Water, Sewerage and Sanitation of Cuenca, ETAPA EP.

He also held the position of Legal Director of the Public Company of the University of Cuenca –UCUENCA EP, which administers and manages the services, specialized consultancies and products of research projects at the University of Cuenca.

He has also participated as a speaker in seminars for private and public companies and universities in the country.

He directs the firm’s public procurement practice.
